Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with adi assri resort. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Quite a peaceful place to spend some downtime. We booked our snorkeling tour and massages through reception. Had a great time swimming and relaxing by the pool. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, such delightful people. Especially Sana thank you.

I see there were a lot of complaints about mosquitoes. We didn’t have a problem. We saw a couple here and there. The staff do a great job each night when they turn down the rooms. Not once bitten. Ubud was the spot I was absolutely smashed with bites.

An excellent 2 days in a very comfortable resort.

This was our 4th time at Adi Assri & will always be 1st on our list if we visit Pemuteran. The location, pool, facilities & staff are fantastic.

Wi Fi was very very poor. Everything else was first class.

The staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.

The floor could have been cleaner. It is a pity the furnishings are laminate rather than wood as it doesn't age well or do well when in contact with water.

The room is quite big and clean, staff was helpfull, there is dive center inside the resort, Bli wayan as a dive guide very well know about the dive spot and will drive you to see the criters you want to see there.. Very recommended place to stay..

Wonderful

Great location, it was right on the beach and the facilities were good. Loved the fact that they did mosquito management in the rooms, I never got bitten once the whole time we were there. The staff were friendly and arranged scooters, taxis everything we needed.

Only complaint was we had a very squeaky door to our room. But really not an issue. The shower head being just a bamboo spout also made the entire bathroom wet when showering. A normal shower head would probably be better.

The room we booked was light and airy. Initially we were upgraded, but the room felt tired and was too dark inside, so we asked to move to the room we initially booked and it was nice.

Breakfast is pretty limited, but in line with the included offering at other places.

The pool area and beach were great. We suggest to pick a room close to the beach. It’s worth it. Good diving and snorkelling. Rent a scooter !!

Staff friendly and nice especially Erma. Food at night excellent. Lunch - soups great. Calamari and chips not so good at lunch time. Staff didn't charge for these when mentioned this. Otherwise food nice. Breakfast good. Would stay again.. Pools are wonderful. Three to choose from. Rooms are attended well. Sheets/towels changed daily.

The poor internet connection. The bamboo shower wet all the outside bathroom area. We were told on leaving we could have requested a different shower head!

What an awesome place to rest and relax

wonderful place to just relax and let the world go by, Staff attentive but not overly so. The bakery down the road had awesome donuts, best I've ever had.. The pools and bars were super clean.. The trip to and from there through the forests and mountains was amazing absolutely incredible and the air was cool and so very very clean..

the beers weren't cold enough, and location was a long way away from anywhere (possibly a positive too)

No gym We had booked a villa with private pool and on first night at 7pm while eating we were informed that the staff had just treated the pool With chlorine thus Making it unusable - asked to speak with a manager and there was no one on call Very disappointed as the reason I paid for the villa was to have family time in the pool until late

Both breakfast and lunch/ dinner restaurants have a nice view to garden and beach, very friendly staff all around in cutting grass, picking fallen flowers, keeping everything alright, very keen and friendly, always open for offering help. Nice breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately not all hotel customers are able to use the garbage bins provided, so some garbage stays on the beach (not much!); hotel management could pay more attention to that as the garbage might end up in the sea.

Breakfast was a tasty buffet with enough choice. The villas were very nice, and extremely clean. Staff was very helpful and was always nice and smiling. Beautiful garden. The surroundings of Pemeteran are very authentic. Try renting a scooter!

Room with gardenview was wonderfull, clean, large, big bed,...

Room with gardenview was wonderfull, clean, large, big bed, open air bathroom, so expect visitors(gekkos). Dont bather me, as they eat moscito Nice terrace. The hotel is huge, but as they have 3 pools and a restaurant or bar in between, it feels more cosy and small. Nice view to the sea from the pools. Pools were clean and pool towels were in your room. We did the balinese massage. Not my style as I prefer deep muscle massage. Balinese massage is just relaxing and getting a lot of oil allover your body and it is the same everywhere in Bali. I would proberbly not return to Pemuteran if not for going snorkelling at Menjangan Island. If i came back, I would stay here again.

The beach is nothing to go for. Went for a walk to the left and just too much trash. Usually I love the beach. A bit too pushy staff in the breakfast restaurant. I like to have my breakfast in peace and just talking with my fellow traveller, but every morning a member of the staff would be insisting on having a conversation. She asked the same questions every morning about how we liked the stay, wether we had booked any trips and if we had booked it with them and how they hoped, we enjoyed the stay and how they hoped to see us again....blablabla. It was too pushy! Breakfast came with choices of package, so if you ordered package 1, then you could not choose more than 1 extra thing from the other packages. The breadbasket, that came with one of the packages, was so filled with cakes and badly made danish pastry. I do not know, who would ever be eating this stuff for breakfast. Yoghurt was not an option in any of the packages. We asked for it and they brought us a very, very small plate. I would clearly recommend another way of serving breakfast. A bit many moscito. Bring som repellent.

The aircon didn’t work so the room was unbearable we swapped rooms and it was just as bad. We wanted to check out after 1 night so they offered an upgrade to a villa as we were already in the top class room then after we packed and about to move they then back tracked and said we only move for one night We decided not to bother and checked out the next day Also the restaurants are inadequate for the area Breakfast is also poor
